What is Resin Bound?

What is Resin Bound?

Resin Bound is dried stones encased in a liquid resin which is applied to the desired surface that has been properly prepared by us. The resin then cures and hardens leaving an attractive and hard wearing surface suitable for all foot and lightly vehicle trafficked areas such as driveways, patios, paths, parking bays and building forecourts. It can even be installed inside as a ‘Stone Carpet’ in conservatories, pool areas, garages, shops, restaurants and more besides.

How does Resin Bound compare to Block Paving in Price?

How does Resin Bound compare to Block Paving in Price?

From a price perspective there is very little to choose from. However, when you compare a natural stone seam free finish that is permanent and UV Stable requiring very little maintenance, a resin bound surface is the obvious choice. Completely permeable, allowing water to pass through unhindered and SuDs compliant but remaining impervious to unwanted weeds and foliage while being strong enough for daily light traffic use, Flintstone’s Resin Bound Solution is difficult to beat for quality and price.
